We recently got chicks. They are two weeks old and have been given names. (In fact all our chickens have names.) There are too many names to post right now. The chicks are Barred Rocks, Rhode Island Reds, White Rocks, and Araucanas.

What an interesting mix of colors! The one with the black stripe down the back looks like a skunk-chick. And all of them look like they have fur rather than feathers. I bet they're fun to hold!
