Quesadilla' Express

It was a chilly day today getting down to the 30s so we started a fire in our wood stove. Then, for lunch we were having quesadillas for lunch. (Quesadillas are tortillas with cheese.) So, Jeremiah decided to makes his own the old fashioned way...over a fire, and it worked!
